Don’t look down

Keeping up with the quirky blog titles this one’s a keeper as they say..

Attention all brides-to-be! As your trusted wedding photographer, I feel compelled to offer a little piece of advice for your big day. And that advice is: don't look down when walking in your Jimmy Choos!

Now, I know what you're thinking: "But John, I want to make sure I don't trip and fall in front of all my guests!" And trust me, I totally get it. But here's the thing: if you're constantly looking down at your feet while you're walking, it's going to show up in your photos.

Think about it: do you really want every image of you walking down the aisle to feature a pensive, downward gaze? Of course not! You want to look confident, radiant, and happy - and that means keeping your chin up and your eyes forward.

Now, I know that walking in heels can be a challenge, especially if you're not used to it. But trust me, practice makes perfect. Take some time to break in your shoes before the big day, and make sure you're comfortable walking on uneven surfaces like gravel or grass. Don't let your fiancé tell you it's not necessary - believe me, it is!

So ladies, as you prepare for your wedding day, remember: confidence is key. Keep your eyes up, your head held high, and your feet steady. And if all else fails, just think of how amazing your shoes are going to look in those photos!
